The ONLINE TRUST SEAL is useful for any Internet user because it provides the means to differentiate those institutions that have voluntarily assumed a high level of ethical commitment and consumer protection responsibility. Consequently, the institutions that achieved the Online Trust Seal have earned a trust and do offer consumer protection guarantees that other companies can hardly match.
In 2005, Bircham International University was the institution number 364, out of more than 50.000 corporations, that achieved the Spain Ministry of Consumer Affairs Seal.
In 2011, Bircham International University was audited and granted this ONLINE TRUST seal which demonstrates the highest level of ethical commitment and responsibility towards consumers. This seal is also endorsed by the Spain National Institute of Consumer Affairs (Instituto Nacional de Consumo - INC).

El Sello de CONFIANZA ONLINE es de utilidad para los usuarios de Internet y los nuevos medios electrónicos, porque les permitirá distinguir a aquellas empresas que han asumido voluntariamente unos elevados niveles de compromiso ético y responsabilidad y merecedoras, por tanto, de una mayor confianza, de aquellas otras empresas que carecen del distintivo por no formar parte de este sistema de autorregulación.
En 2005, Bircham International University obtuvo el sello de adhesión al sistema arbitral de consumo concedido por el Instituto Nacional de Consumo - INC. BIU fue la empresa 364 de más de 50.000 a la que fue concedido este sello.
En el año 2011, Bircham International University fue inspeccionada y obtuvo el sello de CONFIANZA ONLINE que demuestra el alto nivel de ética y responsabilidad institucional que ostenta nuestra institución hacia los consumidores. Este sello también está avalado por el INC del Ministerio de Sanidad y Consumo de España.
